go the whole nine yards = 끝장을 보다

 

Example

: I did the whole nine yards at the amusement park.     나 놀이동산에서 놀이기구도 다 타고, 구경도 다 하고, 할 수 있는 거 다 했어

: I wanted to go the whole nine yards and get to the top of the mountain.     나는 끝장을 봐서라도 산 정상에 오르고 싶어

: I want the whole nine yards!     그거 전부 원해!
