Your guess is as good as mine 나도 몰라

To have no idea

= Do not know the answer to a question.

= Neither of us knows the answer. Don't know any more than asker do.

 

나도 몰라. 모르긴 매한가지. 저도 모릅니다. 저 또한 알 수 없습니다.

 

 

Example

A: "Where's Hank?"     Hank 어딨어?

B: "Your guess is as good as mine. He didn't say anything to me."     나도 몰라. 나한테 아무말도 안 했어.

 

A: "Do you think she'd go out with me if I asked her?"     그녀에게 데이트 신청하면 허락해줄까?

B: "Your guess is as good as mine."     내가 어떻게 알겠어.

 

: When it comes to the election, your guess is as good as mine as far as who is going to win.

     투표시즌이 되었을 때, 누가 이길지 전혀 알 수 없었다.
