Wouldn't be seen/caught dead 죽어도 싫어

Would never like 'it' or ' to do something'

= Expressing strong dislike or disapproval of them. 

= To never do the thing mentioned because it would be too embarrassing or humiliating .

 

죽어도 싫어. 이건 절대 안 해 / 이건 절대 싫어

 

 

Example

: I took a taxi to the party because I wouldn't be caught dead riding in my father's old car. 

     파티 갈 때, 나 택시 잡았어. 아버지의 오래된 차를 타고 갈 순 없잖아.

: I would not be seen dead in a pants like that?!     죽어도 그런 바지는 안 입어!

: He is very conscious of his public image and wouldn’t be caught dead doing anything that might batter his image.

     그는 자기 사회적 이미지를 의식해서 절대 폭력적인 이미지를 가지게 될만한 일은 하지 않을걸.
